I absolutely loved the pool area at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando-Lake Buena Vista. The views were stunning, especially during sunset, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the theme parks. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more convenient.

The additional charge of USD 15 per night for parking was unexpected and not mentioned during the reservation process.

I have stayed at Sonesta Es Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista several times before and always enjoyed the proximity to outlets and Disney Springs. The spacious rooms were clean and well-equipped. Despite a minor cleanliness issue, the staff handled it promptly. The property's amenities and location near key attractions made for a relaxing stay, with notable landmarks like Orlando for Families and Walt Disney World Resort enhancing family bonding opportunities. The pool area and other leisure facilities added to our enjoyment.

Intimate place, comfortable beds, very informative staff. Well-kept unit with a great decor. Exceptional service and magnificent location very close to attractions, restaurants and drugstore as well as so many good restaurants, supermarket, Dollar Trees and can Uber inexpensively to Disney parks and SeaWorld. Great choice for holiday.

During my recent business trip to Orlando, my director selected Sonesta for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities available for guests. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic place to cool off after a busy day of sightseeing. The option to heat the pool for comfort and the attached whirlpool made the pool area a desirable spot for relaxation. Furthermore, the fitness room and The Pantry, open 24-hours with sundries, were valuable amenities that added convenience to our stay.

The paint colors in the rooms are a bit outdated.

Cosy base for travelling to Orlando and exploring local places. Very big building and rooms with great decoration. The breakfasts with hot food.

Great location nearby a mini shopping center, Orlando International Premium Outlets, parks, restaurants, eateries, and an amusement park. Conveniently close to Twistee Treat for pastries, just a short walk from the hotel.

During my transit in Orlando, I found the convenience of Sonesta ES Suites Orlando-Lake Buena Vista to be a standout feature. Being located only 26 km from Church Street and 35 km from Orlando International, it made my travel transitions smooth and efficient. The hotel's free shuttle service further added to the convenience, allowing for a hassle-free stay during my brief stopover.

One minor drawback during my stay was the "Grab 'n' Go" breakfast, which fell short of expectations. Despite the hotel's potential to offer a proper breakfast buffet, the limited grab-and-go options left me wanting more.

The room was really clean and had everything I needed. It was well taken care of and in good shape. I had a nice, relaxing time during my 3-day stay and would definitely come back. 💫

We had a fantastic stay at Sonesta in a spacious two-bedroom suite, perfect for our family of five. The full-sized appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping made our stay enjoyable. The heated pool and hot tub were also a hit, and the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel very welcome.
